What we collect
Only the email address you type into the subscription form and the time of the request. The form also holds a hidden field that people never see; messages that fill it are bots, and we drop them. We use no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To send the updates you asked for: places added, opened or closed in the guide. Our basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box next to the button.
Who sees it
The site owner. The address is kept in a file on the server and arrives in an email to us. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers. Our hosting provider handles it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it or until the guide closes.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to SDAIA in Saudi Arabia or to your own data protection authority.

Other companies involved
When a page loads, the photos are fetched from the servers of Unsplash, which receive your IP address and browser details. With your consent, Google Fonts does the same. The Directions and Visitor reviews buttons open Google Maps only when you click them, and Google then applies its own policy. None of these receives your email address from us.
Where the list lives
The list is a file on the server that hosts this site, and each new address also arrives in the owner's mailbox. We do not copy it into a separate mailing platform. If that changes, this page changes first.
Security
The form checks where each request comes from, limits how often one visitor can submit and keeps the list in a folder that is closed to public access.
Children
The guide is written for adults who plan a visit. We do not knowingly collect the address of anyone under eighteen. If you think a child has subscribed, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, this page changes first.
